PERIODIZED TRAINING
Each cycle is twelve weeks long and is broken up into four phases. The volume and intensity of each phase is varied so that you continue to make gains week to week. Each workout should take approximately 60 - 90 minutes.

PRIVATE MESSAGE GROUP

VIDEO LIBRARY
We've cataloged every movement we program in our Maine Movement video library so that you'll know how to do every exercise safely and correctly. Your packet will link directly to the movements you need each week.

MMOSSH is designed for the early off-season when the goal is to build a strong strength base. Your first 6 weeks will be focused on developing Hypertrophy and Work Capacity. This will be the foundation on which your strength will be built in the last 6 weeks. MMOSSP will take these strength gains and start converting it into speed and power, to get you ready for the season.

OUR TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

BUILD STRENGTH & POWER
Our program is designed for you to make gains in both strength and power, which ultimately translates into increased athletic performance on the field. When you increase strength, you're able to put more force into the ground, which means you'll be able to run faster and jump higher.

INCREASE MOBILITY
Without good mobility, you can't get into good positions. Being in good positions allows you to build strength in the safest, most efficient way. Our program integrates mobility exercises into every workout so that you continue to increase mobility and stability in order to move well and build strength effectively.

IMPROVE ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT
It's not enough to build quality movement through a foundation of strength. You need to groove good patterns in order to move as efficiently as possible. Every workout will incorporate some kind of periodized plyometric series to create efficiencies in the way you move, and increase your ability to absorb force generated through high intensity movement and changes of direction.

JARED JANDREAU, LMT, CSCSJared is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specials (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). His passion for helping others through training and body work has all stemmed from his years as an Ultimate player. He believes that through a blending of both soft tissue work and strength training people can reach their fitness and training goals. He currently practices massage and is training clients online and out of Beyond Strength in Falmouth, Maine.
JESSICA JANDREAU, BCBA, PN1Jessica is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is Level 1 Precision Nutrition Certified (PN1). She has a passion for combining the science behind nutrition and wellness with behavioral management strategies to support others in creating and maintaining life long healthy habits. She is also all things social media. Jess enjoys keeping others up to date on Maine Movement's classes and clients progress, current available programs, recipes to try, and tips to creating and maintaining a balanced and happy lifestyle. She is currently a BCBA at The Morrison Center and is in the process of taking on Nutrition and Health clients.
