What We Offer

We believe that through a blending of soft tissue work, strength training and nutrition health and wellness coaching, you can become more productive, confident, and fulfilled (and have fun along the way)! Our programs are designed for each individual, whether a high school student, an elite/recreational athlete or a person who just wants to lose weight and be in better shape.

What To Expect

Personal Training
Your first training session will begin with a goals and movement assessment.  Once we have gone over your goals and have seen you move, we design a training program specific to you.  This program can be done on your own at your gym or under our supervision, it all depends on how comfortable you are with the movements.  We will progress or regress the program and movements to ensure you are meeting your goals. ​

Therapeutic Massage
Each session starts with a brief assessment to find your focus areas.  We then use multiple modalities (sports massage, deep tissue, myofascial, trigger point, cupping) to reach your movement and mobility goals.  After each session we like to add in a few movements or stretches to keep clients moving in the right direction.  We tend to see these as goal orientated body work sessions, but we understand that sometimes it's just nice to get a massage.

Nutrition Health and Wellness Coaching
​ Our initial hour meeting is a get-to-know-you where we'll establish realistic goals such as; eating out less and cooking more at home, exercising regularly, losing weight and managing stress. Then, using behavioral management techniques such as environmental and antecedent control, guidance on portion control, and replacement behaviors, we'll help you break down the steps into small daily practices that will lead to reaching AND maintaining those milestones. In addition to the goal-setting, breakdown and specific how-to, we also check in with you regularly and provide both professional direction and personal support - whenever or however you need it. ​
